Our century-old river cabin at Country Woods Inn is a family friendly vacation rental in Texas Hill Country. The Prairie House has four bedrooms and 2 front porches overlooking the meadow and wooded hill. The Prairie House is situated just steps to the river leading to downtown Glen Rose’s historic square. Enjoy accommodations close to our barnyard, campfire circle, and playground. Grab a fishing pole or picnic in the gazebo overlooking the river. Sleeps 8. TV/DVD/Wi-Fi

Both include refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stove/oven. One bathroom with rock shower. One bathroom with clawfoot tub/shower. Two porches with rocking chairs overlooking meadow. Bring wood/charcoal for nearby campfire circle. Close to barnyard, this accommodation is also just steps to the river for fishing and swimming. The playground and campfire circle also are nearby.
