Liability
All guests and friends of guests are responsible for their own actions and assume all risks while on premises. Owner and management are not liable for any and all liability resulting from personal injury or death to myself, family, friends and guests which is caused in any way by negligence/failures or negligent acts or by any of its owners, employees, family and/or representatives/managers in connection with the use of the premises.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are always a great gift for family, friends, and business associates. Order your gift certificate online. We’ll get your certificate in the mail or send it by email!
Minimum Stay
Two-night minimum on weekends only – one night if available. One night permitted on weekdays. Three-night minimum on holiday weekends.
Check In / Check out
Arrival any time after 3:00pm – Departure before 11:00 am. Not necessary to check in or out. Winter rates do not include breakfast.
Breakfast
*PLEASE NOTE: We were able to offer our Breakfast Barn as a complimentary service for many years, but due to operational costs and to accommodate personal facility bookings, it will not be operational until further notice. However, if you would like to utilize our friendly, country style space for your own event, you are welcome to book it for a small fee. Please text directly 830-534-6460.
Pet Policy
Animals will not be allowed without advanced notice when making reservations. Pets must be leashed at all times, cannot be left alone in the unit without a crate, and owners are responsible for cleaning up! No puppies and no dogs over 50 pounds please. Pet fee $25 per pet.
Come Prepared
You are responsible for all river activities. Swim & fish at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. Bring hiking shoes, wading shoes & river towels as well as firewood, s’mores, Duraflame, and charcoal.
